Pablo Orlando, Co-founder and CEO of Settle Network and Stablex has a history of democratizing technology. Named MIT TR35 Innovator by MIT’s Technology Review magazine in 2015. And Named “The Most Outstanding Young Person” (TOYP 2011) of Argentina. His success includes advisory broker roles in the Stock Exchange of Buenos Aires as well as leadership roles in organizations focused on connecting entrepreneurs worldwide. Pablo has launched multiple successful startups all which focus on combining and improving connectivity for the public from Avenida, coined the ‘’Amazon of Argentina” to building the first Autonomous Car of Latin America and holds a Msc. in Economics and MFA from St. Andrews’ and an MBA from Hult University.

Mary Saracco, a former Investment Professional at the World Bank Group serves as co-founder and CFO at Settle Network and Stablex. Her experience as an Investment Banker at UBS gives her a prominent background in traditional banking, emerging markets and economics. Mary was the Chief Financial Officer at Zeppelin Solutions, a blockchain security infrastructure company that has supported projects such as ShapeShift, Augur, Brave, BitGo, between others. Mary directed the first blockchain efforts at the International Finance Corporation (IFC) and collaborated at the Blockchain Lab. She has vast experience in Europe and Latin America, managing projects and PE investments in companies mostly in Argentina, Chile, Brazil, Colombia, Mexico and Peru. Mary is currently a guest expert at the Oxford Blockchain Strategy Programme from Said Business School at Oxford University.

Nic Bayerque has extensive experience at the intersection of mainstream digital products and banking. Nick worked for Deloitte and Touche in the Banking ERS and Strategic Risk Management practice, at engagements with large South American banks such as Itau Unibanco (NYSE: ITUB). After that, he was CEO of a consumer-facing mobile company backed by Mastercard and Silicon Valley Bank. Nick was also a co-founder of apibank.io, a platform employed by non-banking consumer companies to power their financial value propositions.
